Grounded Burger with Tofu & Hemp

340g (x4 burgers)

Description:

Made with love, these meat free burgers are quick and easy to prepare. Nutritious and tasty, they contain hemp seeds for a dose of omega 3’s as well as being a good source of fibre and protein to help keep you fuller for longer.

Tofu 50%, Water, Hemp Seeds 10%, Crumb (Wheat), Potato flour, Onion, Capsicum, Peas, Garlic, Wheat Fibre, Corn, Soy Sauce, xantham Gum, Salt, Curry Powder, Herbs and Pepper

Recipe

Hemp Chilli Burgers

SERVES: 4 | PREP TIME: 10MINS | COOK TIME: 15MINS

Ingredients

• 340g pack grounder burger with tofu & hemp
• 200g block haloumi cheese sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 4 burger buns
• 2 handfuls washed lettuce leaves
• 1 can jalapeno’s
• Greek yoghurt & chilli sauce to taste

Method

1. Heat burgers as per instructions on side of pack.

2. Add the olive oil in a frypan over medium heat and fry haloumi until crisp and golden. Turn and fry other side. 

3. Slice burger buns in half and spread Greek yoghurt and chilli sauce on the base. Add fried haloumi, lettuce and jalapeno’s to taste.

4. Top with hemp burger and enjoy.

Greek-style Burgers

SERVES 4    |    PREP TIME: 10MINS    |    COOK TIME: 15MINS

Ingredients

• 340g pack Grounder burger with falafel & hemp
• 200g (1 tub) tzatziki dip
• 1 medium cucumber, sliced
• 2 tomatos, sliced
• 1 medium onion, sliced
• 4 burger buns
• 2 handfuls washed lettuce leaves
• fresh coriander to taste (optional)

Method

1. Heat burgers as per instructions on side of pack.

2. Slice burger buns in half and spread tzatziki dip on the base.

3. Add sliced cucumber, tomatoes, onion and lettuce leaves.

4. Top with hemp burger and coriander (optional) and enjoy.

Mexican Burgers

SERVES 4    |    PREP TIME: 10MINS    |    COOK TIME: 15MINS

Ingredients

• 340g pack Grounder burger with beetroot and blackbean
• 200g guacamole
• 200g corn kernels
• 200g salsa mix
• 200g Greek yoghurt
• 4 burger buns
• 2 handfuls washed lettuce leaves
• 100g grated cheese

Method

1. Heat burgers as per instructions on side of pack.

2. Slice burger buns in half and spread guacamole and Greek yoghurt onto burger buns.

3. Add corn kernels, lettuce leaves and grated cheese (optional).

4. Top with hemp burger and salsa and enjoy.
