Basic Hemp Mylk
80 g | hemp seeds |
750 ml | filtered alkaline water |
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt | |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
2-4 drops | liquid stevia |
Chocolate Hemp Mylk
40 g | raw cacao powder |
1 tbsp | natvia |
Strawberry Hemp Mylk
50 g | strawberries |
1 tbsp | natvia |
Turmeric Hemp Mylk
2 cm | knob of fresh turmeric |
4 cm | knob fresh ginger |
1/4 tsp | cinnamon powder |
1 tbsp | natvia |
1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender or shaker and blend on high speed or shake until well combined.
2. Pour into a large mixing bowl through a nut mylk bag. Alternatively you can drink as is with all that extra dietary fibre!
3. Pour into glass or jar enjoy mindfully, use in recipes or serve alongside our Cinnamon Crunch Granola (link to cinnamon granola recipe please). You can use these myks in place of dairy milk.
4. To make the other variations, make up a batch of basic hemp mylk and blend in additional ingredients for each recipe.
