RETURN AND REFUND
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receipt by writing to email@example.com. Please provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that time frame. If you are, however, not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date. Please submit this request by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0266871260 to speak to our friendly Customer Service team. Unfortunately, we do not refund for change of mind.
COST OF SHIPPING
Our approximate shipping cost are as follows: small package $5.50, large package $9.90 and free delivery on orders over $70. Exact shipping costs will be calculated within the shopping cart and up-dated automatically as the quantity and cost of good changes.
ORDER PROCESSING, DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING
After an order has been received in our system, a processing time of 1 to 3 business days is required to process the order. Shipments are sent using the most appropriate carrier (e.g. Australia Post, Startrack, Shoobridge Transport, Fridgemobile, etc). Shipping times is business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times, this does not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders.
We’re unable to ship internationally at this time.
If a backorder takes place, we will do our best to notify you of the backorder and provide the estimated next shipment date.
