I buy hemp gold regularly. I use it daily as part of my breakfast meal, partcularly as a source of protein as I am vegetarian, and for its other nutritional properties, coupled with hemp seeds. The powder mixes in well with other ingredients and milks and is always of a consistent quality. As I sm on a low income I always wait for the regular sales to purchase.
