1/4 | cup of Hemp Seeds |
2 | cups of mixed berries |

2 tsp | vanilla extract |
1/4 | cup coconut oil, melted |

For topping | |
2 | cups vegan cream cheese |
1/2 | cup mixed berries |
Preheat oven to 180C. Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper liners. Put all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients until combined. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir gently until combined. Fill the muffins cups 3/4 of the way up. Bake for
25-30 mins or until an inserted tooth pick comes out clean. To decorate mix cream cheese and berries and spread on top with berries and Hemp seeds.
