For Porridge
3/4 cup | raw buckwheat groats, soaked overnight in water |
1 scoop | hemp protein |
just under 1/2 cup almond milk | |
1 tbs | maple syrup |
1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
1/4 tsp | sea salt |
For the chocolate sauce
1 tbs | cacao powder |
1 tbs | maple syrup |
1 tbs | coconut oil, melted |
To serve
fresh berries |
coconut flakes to serve |
Drain and rinse the buckwheat.
Blend the porridge ingredients until smooth then pour into a bowl.
Mix the chocolate sauce ingredients together until smooth, swirl over the porridge then top with the berries.
