Protein Baked oats with hemp, mixed berries and treacle

Protein Baked oats with hemp, mixed berries and treacle

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup milk of choice 

  • Pinch salt 

  • 2 oranges zest and juice of one, the other divided into segments 

  • Apple cut into thin slices 

  • 2 tbls treacle 

To finish: 

  • 2 tbls coconut yogurt 

Method: 

Preheat oven to 200 degrees 

Place the blueberries at the bottom of a baking tray add the oats and the hemp and milk and mix until everything is moist. 

Zest the orange and set aside. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice on top of the oat mixture, along with segments of apple. Drizzle over some treacle. 

Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes or until the oats and fruit are golden. 

Serve with yogurt and treacle spooned over the top.
