Simon Toohey Supercharged Protein Porridge
1. Add oats into a saucepan over a stove until slightly brown. Add in your Hemp Foods Australia flavoured protein and stir. Make sure you continue to stir while cooking.
2. Add in your milk and continue to stir.
3. Once fluffy but still slightly runny, take off heat.
4. Place into a bowl and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
5. For a addional flavour add some honey, blueberries, banana and coconut cream to taste.
