Chocolate Proats


50g quick oats 
200ml almond milk 
1 scoop Essential Hemp chocolate protein
½ Cup Fresh (or frozen) blueberries 
  Honey to taste


1. Add almond milk to oats in a bowl and put in microwave for
    2 minutes. Alternatively, you can stir cook in a saucepan over
    a stove. Make sure you continue to stir while cooking. 

2. Once fluffy take off heat

3. Add Essential Hemp protein and stir in well

4. Sprinkle with hemp seeds. 

5. For a little sweetness add some honey to taste


A good winter warmer and will keep you feeling full and nourished with around 20g of protein per severe.
