An ancient Aztec dish, enjoyable with most any food or on its own
|2||very ripe avocados|
|2 tbsp||onion, finely chopped|
|1||clove garlic, minced|
|1/2||red pepper, finely cut|
|1/2 tsp||ginger, juiced|
|1 tbsp||hulled hemp seeds|
|2 tbsp||orange juice|
|1||small chilli, finely cut (optional)|
Halve the avocados. Remove pits and scoop flesh into a glass container. Mash with a fork and blend in remaining ingredients. Top with hemp seeds.
Serve as quickly as possible. Dill, parsley or paprika are good optional toppings.
