An ancient Aztec dish, enjoyable with most any food or on its own
2 | very ripe avocados |
2 tbsp | onion, finely chopped |
1 | clove garlic, minced |
1/2 | red pepper, finely cut |
1/2 tsp | ginger, juiced |
1 tbsp | hulled hemp seeds |
2 tbsp | orange juice |
1 | small chilli, finely cut (optional) |
Halve the avocados. Remove pits and scoop flesh into a glass container. Mash with a fork and blend in remaining ingredients. Top with hemp seeds.
Serve as quickly as possible. Dill, parsley or paprika are good optional toppings.
