1 tbsp | hemp protein powder |
3 tbsp | coconut flour |
1 tsp | baking powder |
3 tbsp | golden flax meal |
2 tbsp | coconut yoghurt |
250 ml | coconut milk |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
Pinch of sea salt | |
20 g | natvia (or other refined sugar free sweetener to taste) |
1 tbsp | coconut oil |
Heat coconut oil in a frying pan. Whisk together all ingredients until a pancake batter is formed. Fry up the pancakes in batches and serve warm, topped with some maple syrup.
