1 | small red chilli, stem removed, chopped finely |
1/4 | red capsicum, chopped finely |
2 tbs | hulled hemp seeds |
1/2 cup | pine nuts |
1/2 cup | semi dried tomatoes, drained and chopped finely |
1 tbs | hemp oil |
1/4 tsp | sea salt |
1/4 tsp | black pepper |
Place the pine nuts in a food processor and break down to a crumb.
Pour nuts into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
Stir well and store in a sealed jar for up to a week.
