2 | ripe mangos, washed, peeled and sliced |
1/4 tsp | fresh ginger, finely chopped (or 1/2 tsp dry powder) |
3 tbsp | lemon or lime juice |
1 tsp | hulled hemp seed |
1/8 tsp | turmeric |
1 tsp | brown rice syrup |
1/4 tsp | fresh ground black pepper |
1/16 tsp | cayenne pepper |
Place all in blender until a puree. A hot chutney that aids digestion
