1 tsp | hulled hemp seeds |

1 | large sprig of organic rocket leaves |
1 | large handful parsley |
Tamarior tamari | |
1 tbsp | apple cider vinegar |
Sauté mushrooms in a frying pan with a liberal layer of olive oil, splash of Tamariand vinegar. Just before mushrooms are tender add generous sprinkling of parsley and hulled hemp seeds, leave for a further minute before serving hot with rocket salad.
