How to make Hemp Seed Mylk
Hemp Mylk is one of the easiest, and most nutrients dense milks to make! No soaking, no straining, it is ready in 2 minutes.
It tastes so creamy and delicious and perfect to add to matcha, cacao, coffee, granola and smoothies. I love to add half coconut water half water for a little added sweetness.
1 cup hemp seeds
2 cups coconut water (or water)
2 cups water
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
For the matcha,
Add 1 tsp matcha with 2 tbsp boiling water and whisk until smooth. Add maple to desired sweetness and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Top with ice cubes and pour over hemp mylk.
