Banana, Blueberry & Hemp Smoothie

Servings: 1 Prep Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 5 mins


2 frozen bananas
1 cup blueberries
1 tsp hemp protein
1/2 cup milk of your choice
2 dates
2 tbs hulled hemp seeds
1/4 cup berries and yogurt of your choice to serve


Blend the bananas, blueberries, milk, dates and hemp protein until smooth.

Serve with the berries, hemp seeds and yogurt.

(option to toast the hemp seeds if you would prefer)

would be helpful and informative if you could do a calorie count, fat count [omega 3,6,9 ] carb count per serve. On all your recipes please.
