|1 tsp||hemp protein|
|1/2 cup||milk of your choice|
|2 tbs||hulled hemp seeds|
|1/4 cup||berries and yogurt of your choice to serve|
Blend the bananas, blueberries, milk, dates and hemp protein until smooth.
Serve with the berries, hemp seeds and yogurt.
(option to toast the hemp seeds if you would prefer)
