1 | can of black beans, rinsed & drained |
1/2 | cup quick oats |
1/4 | cup Hemp Seeds |
1/3 to 1/2 | cup honey |
2 tbs | of Organic Hemp Protein Chocolate |
1/2 | teaspoon baking soda |
2 tsp | vanilla extract |
For fun | |
can add half cup of choc chips of choice or choc circles on top |
Preheat oven to 180oC . Add all ingredients (except choc chips) in a good food processor, and blend until completely smooth. Then add the choc chips, stir them through and pour mixture into a pan (or choc chips on top at the end) and cook them for 15-18 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. If they still look a bit undercooked, you can put them in the fridge and they will firm.
