Hemp Seed Cluster Snacks

Seed Cluster Snacks

Time: 30 minutes 

Serves: 6

 

Ingredients:

¼ cup honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp water

1 pinch salt

½ cup pumpkin seeds

½ sunflower seeds

¼ cup hemp seeds

½ cup almonds (optional)

½ cup cashews (optional)

¼ cup desiccated coconut

¼ cup coconut oil

 

1 block dark chocolate 

¼ cup desiccated coconut

¼ cup culinary lavender 

 

Method:

Preheat the oven to 150C.

In a bowl mix honey, vanilla, water, salt, desiccated coconut and coconut oil in a bowl.

Mix in seeds.

Place in greased muffin tray holes and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Allow to cool. 

Dip in melted dark chocolate with a fork and sprinkle with coconut, salt and lavender.
