Protein Power Pancakes (original recipe)

Who doesn’t love freshly made pancakes in the morning?

This healthy & delicious recipe is packed with easily digestible protein and can be topped with your favourite fruits and sauces.

Servings: 2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 10 grams hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp protein powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp golden flax meal
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 250 ml coconut mylk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 20 grams natvia (or other refined sugar free sweetener to taste)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


Method:

  1. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan.
  2. Whisk together all ingredients until a pancake batter is formed.
  3. Fry up the pancakes in batches and serve warm, topped with some maple syrup.
